Q: Do I need to open an account to shop with you?
A: No, you don’t need an account. You can shop and check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows for faster checkouts without re-entering your details. You can sign up anytime or create your account during checkout.

Q: How do I create an account?
A: Click on “Login/Register” and fill in your personal information under the “Register” section.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Shop for the items you want and add them to your cart. Once you're finished, proceed to your cart to review and confirm all details before checking out.

Q: I have problems adding items to my shopping cart.
A: If an item is unavailable, it might be in another customer’s cart temporarily. Please try again later or check back for updates.

Q: How do I pay for my orders?
A: You can pay using cash on delivery, Visa, or MasterCard. Choose the payment method that’s most convenient for you at checkout.

Q: Can I amend or cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can. Please email us at zentiaegypt@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line, and we’ll be happy to assist you. However, once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Standard delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days from the time you place your order.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after my order is confirmed?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once an order is confirmed. Please double-check your address details before completing your order.

A: There is a missing item in my order, what should I do?

Q: I’ve received a defective item, what should I do?

A: We apologize if you received a defective item from us. Please contact us at zentiaegypt@gmail.com with a snapshot of the product and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Q: I’ve received an incorrect item, what should I do?

A: We apologize for sending you the wrong item. Please contact us at zentiaegypt@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Q: Is it possible to open and inspect the package upon delivery?
A: Yes, you can! We encourage you to carefully inspect the item before accepting the package. If you find any issues, please contact us right away.

Q: How can I exchange my order?
A: To initiate an exchange, follow the instructions in our Return & Exchange Policy. Contact us for guidance through the process to ensure a smooth exchange.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes, we accept returns within 7-14 days of receiving your order, as long as the items meet our return eligibility criteria. We also accept exchanges within 7 days of receipt. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for detailed instructions on how to proceed.
