Return Policy
- Return Period: Returns are accepted within 1 day of receiving your order. All returns are subject to a return shipping fee.
Eligibility for Return
- Items must be unworn.
- Original tags must be attached.
- Items must be undamaged, unsoiled, and free from scents or perfumes.
Refund Policy
- A shipping fee of 120 EGP will be deducted from all refund requests.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will begin processing your refund. Refunds are issued via bank transfer
- We offer a money-back guarantee within 24 hours of receiving your order, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Please note: Returned items take up to 14 days to reach us
Exchange Policy
- A shipping fee of 120 EGP will be applied to exchange orders
- Orders can be exchanged within 2 day of receipt.
- To request an exchange or refund, please email us at inquiries@zentiaegypt.com with your order number, or contact us via Instagram @zentiaegypt to confirm your size and arrange the exchange or refund.
Important Notes
- Return Process: Refunds are processed once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in its original condition.
- Kindly note that shipping costs related to delivery, exchanges, or returns are non-refundable.
- After a return or exchange request is approved, we attempt pickup up to 3 times or for 7 working days—if unsuccessful, the request is closed and cannot be reissued
